What Is The Difference Between True Stainless Steel And Clean Steel In Kitchen Appliances?

I believe the “Clean Steel Finish” is a cheap polished steel with a factory applied sealer, that will wear off and can rust. True “Stainless Steel” does not rust, EVER.

   Stainless steel (type 200 and 400) will not rust. It is also non magnetic.

   I don’t think there is a difference……its stainless steel
