I have a couple of questions about cooking with gas ovens , Do you need to preheat gas when your cooking ,and isnt it right that when you use the broiler ,that whatever your cooking are under the flame ,I say it is ,my daughter says it isnt

My husband says that if the coils in the toaster oven are not “lava red” during the cooking process, the food doesn’t turn out as good and it’s not as crispy, etc. I say it doesn’t make a difference. The oven reaches high temps whether the coil is the red color or not. Any answers?

I’ve seen the oven on TV and in specialty catalogs several times. They have several compartments and are very bulky. The ovens never need preheating, becasue they are built on the premise that it is more efficient to have an oven that stays on 24/7.

Our microwave oven stopped working the other night (it won’t get anything hot). We went out and bought a new one and this is doing the same thing. the lights work the timer works it spins around. We tried different outlets but we are having the same problem no heating.
