What ya need to do is run the burn under cool water, for about 2 minutes or so. Then cover it with a dry sterile dressing. If the child seems to be in a lot of pain, and/or you are concerned, then by all means take the child to the doctor for evaluation.
PS. Do not put Ice on the burn as this will constrict the blood vessals around the burn causing it to get less blood flow, which in turn causes it to heal much slowly, as well as it to hurt more. Keep that baby away from the electric cooker!Hope your baby gets better soon ;-)

  2. Are you kidding?!? What do you do?!? Take the child to the emergency at your local hospital. Better to be safe than sorry.

  3. Get off the computer and take him to the dr.

  4. take your child to hospital as asap. Wrap cling film around the burn this will stop infections getting in and the doctor can still se the burn

  5. Cold water over it for about 5 minutes then use a first aid cooling gel and a loose wide bandage to cover.

  6. Put some ice cubes in a ziploc bag. Wrap it in a washcloth. Place the ice on the burned area.
TAKE THE BABY TO THE DOC!
