This one got alot of good reviews, I was thinking of cooking it tomorrow or later this week for dinner…
Chicken Stroganoff:
Original Recipe Yield 4 servings
Ingredients
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cubed
* 1/8 cup margarine
* 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Directions
1. Put chicken, margarine and dressing mix in slow cooker; mix together and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
2. Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another 1/2 hour or until heated through and warm.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Take chicken breast – no skin or bones. Sprinkle with Season All Seasoning lightly on each side. Toss into slow cooker. Cover chicken with Cream of Chicken or other Creamed Soup using only half of the amount of liquid – making that liquid milk, since milk tenderizes chicken. Let cook until chicken is done. Serve over mashed potatoes (Garlic preferred) or rice. Have salad as a side or your favorite vegetables.
