Cna I use it on my electric cooker, on the hob, just like a saucepan??? Thanx…=)

Yes, but, it is made out of very thin metal. The food will burn very quickly. It will also get very hot and there is no handle to hold on to.
I wouldn’t recommend using it, but it could work, just as long as you are very careful and you are standing right there to take it off the heat before the food burns. Make sure you use a pot-holder/hot pad.
I would not use it as a saucepan… maybe in a pinch you could melt a stick of butter in it over a very low flame. Or you could stack it over a saucepan (with a cup of water in the bottom) for a “double boiler” set.
