How To Switch A Stove From Gas To Propane?

Does anyone know how to do this or know of a site i can go to that has step by step directions?

   On some stoves you need a conversion kit with different size orfices. Many of the newer stoves don’t need this changout. They have adjustable valves (small screws) that simply adjust for gas or LP. An appliance store may know your stove and what is needed.

   You have to change the jets in the burners and or the regulator if so equipped. Just look up LP conversions in your browser and you’ll find some conversion kits that are available.

   you should go to your local dealer and ask. they can help.

   Gas go BOOM, You Go Too, get a licensed plumber, show him your picture, he’ll do it for free.

   your l/p supplier will/should do it for free

   If the stove is a newer model,you can buy the necessary fittings at any hardware store and the stove may already be compatable for the transition.
