I already know microwaves kill food, but is it bad to cook with those ovens that use, convection, infrared, and some other kind of energy?
I am thinking but introducing an electrical self contained pizza oven to my deli, but i am not allowed to conduct any open cooking on my premises as the unit doesnt have an exhaust system. Would it still be possible to install a pizza oven? Or do they emit fumes?
